White Chicken Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast
1 whole med onion
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tablespoon oil
2 cans great north beans
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans chopped green chilis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can reotel tomatoes & chilis
1 Cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream

Directions:
1. Cut chicken in 1/2 inch chunks
2. In a large saucepan saute chicken, onion & garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
3. Add beans, broth, chilis and seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream & whipping cream.
5. Enjoy! Feel free to add your favorite toppings – like, shredded cheese, chips or avocado.
