Veterans Day is soon upon us. We have many activities and freebies for the Veteran community.
Head out to your local service organization as they all have something happening. Please consider joining any one of these organizations. They serve the community even more than the Veterans.

1. Moorhead American Legion free Stew at noon.
2. Fargo VFW/American Legion stew noon.
3.Fargo AMVETs Sh$t on a Shingle or SOS, a military favorite at noon.
4. West Fargo VFW program at 11 Stew at noon.
Please call them or check social media sites for more activities.

The United Patriotic Bodies will hold ceremonies for the first time in Moorhead.
Veterans Day program: 11/11/2023, 11:00 AM. At MSUM Center for the arts.
Introduction/ welcoming remarks: Wayne Wermanger Sr. Vice United Patriotic Bodies.

Difference between Memorial Day and Veterans Day?
Memorial Day’s purpose is to honor military members who have died, while Veterans Day recognizes the service of all America’s veterans.
