Spring update

Spring is here! With the change of temperature and daylight savings time, it feels like spring came in a matter of a week. I anticipate the real estate market will be picking up quickly too.

So far in 2015 the pending sales have been slightly stronger than last year. The listing inventory to date has been very low, putting pressure on Buyers to act quickly if they find a home they like. With strong Buyer demand and low interest rates continuing, home prices continue to inch up.

So here’s my advice:

BUYERS be ready!

– Get Pre-approved. Make sure you visit with a lender and know what monthly payment you are qualified for. This is very important so you can be focused and make a quick, educated decision if necessary.

– Know the market. Use a Realtor, like myself, to provide you with current information, education and professional advice.

SELLERS be ready!

– First impressions mean everything. Cleaning up the outside of your home is just as important as the inside. Get rid of the clutter and debris. Consider a few current updates into your home if you can afford to.

– Know the market. Get the most for your home in the quickest amount of time. Realtors, like myself, will provide your home sale with the most exposure possible. Our professional services will provide strategy, negotiation skills and experience to attain a smooth and successful transaction.
