The dogs from the 4 Luv of Dog Rescue loved all the stories told by children during the 1st Reading to Rover event, held at the Moorhead Center Mall July 14. Over 150 people of all ages attended the event, participating in a variety of fun activities along with face painting provided by the Inspire Lab. Studies show that reading to dogs (who are not judgmental) is a great way to enhance book reading while building strong, confident readers.
