Taking your burgers from standard to extraordinary

As we wind down summer, you can still enjoy the delights of using that grill on your patio. Fire up some coals, light the burners or feed in some smoke pellets to grab one last taste of summer. This burger sauce is the next level in taking your burgers from standard to extraordinary. Careful, this will become so popular that you will be making it all the time.
Western Dakotas Burger Sauce
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Honey BBQ Sauce
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbls Sweet Pickle Relish
3 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Garlic Podwer
Salt/Pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix together the mayo, bbq sauce, ketchup and mustard. Mix well. Add the relish, worcestershire and seasonings – blending well to make sure you don’t have clumped seasoning.

Put in the fridge for an hour and remix if any of the ingredients separated. Pull out and top your burger (also goes great on fries and chicken nuggets!). The mixture keeps for roughly 10 days in the fridge.
