Moorhead’s Sunset Lanes hosted an all-day fundraiser to benefit local veterans on September 26. The event raised money to send area World War II and Korean War veterans on the WDAY Honor Flight to Washington, D.C.
Residents participated in bowling tournaments, bid on silent auction items and listend to a live band. Volunteers from Fargo’s Amvets Post 7 served food at a parking lot concession stand throughout the day.
