Quick and easy summer meal side

I’m not sure this great summer side dish has a name. I guess ramen coleslaw? I’ve been making it for years as a quick and easy addition to our summer meals. And, if you aren’t a fan of the “creamy” coleslaw, give this one a try!

Ramen Coleslaw

1/3 cup olive oil

3 Tbsp vinegar

2 Tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 package of Ramen Noodle seasoning – the soy sauce package (it’s blue in color)

 

Mix together and then add: 

1 bag of shredded coleslaw

Slivered almonds or sunflower seeds, pine nuts (whatever sounds good to you) 

Crushed up uncooked Ramen Noodles
