This week we opted for something on the sweeter side to get you inspired to elevate your bowl of ice cream. And, this can also be used on bread pudding, cheesecake, brownies or more.

Praline Ice Cream Topping
Ingredients –
7 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 cup light corn syrup
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup pecans

Directions –
Whisk together butter, brown sugar, flour and corn syrup, microwave for 3 minutes, stir well. Microwave additional 2-3 minutes until sugar is dissolved, add evaporated milk and pecans, stir well. Makes 3 cups, store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. This can be used on ice cream, bread pudding, cheesecake, brownies or more.
