The realm of the Renaissance beckons once more, transporting all who dare to its enchanting embrace of the 16th century and beyond. Behold, this year’s North Dakota Renaissance Faire, where “THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE,” denizens from far and wide shall converge upon its majestic castle gates. From thrilling jousts and duels to wandering minstrels, sorcerers, and jesters, promises to whisk you away to a realm unlike any other, a realm where you’ll find yourself reluctant to depart.
Prepare to be enthralled by a plethora of continuous entertainment at this our 3rd Annual North Dakota Renaissance Faire. We’ve heard your requests and pulled out all the stops to bring you MORE! From heart-pounding high impact jousts to unique artisanal delicacies, there is something for everyone. “We are simply elated to bring the North Dakota Renaissance Faire back to Fargo for a 3rd season,” says Olissio Zoppe, the event’s organizer and director. “With the overwhelming support from the Fargo community and beyond, I couldn’t be more delighted that this 3rd annual event has found its home.
We’re even more ecstatic that this 2024 edition will be including the acclaimed equestrian spectacle – Cirque Ma’Ceo, presented by Cavallo Equestrian Arts. Cirque Ma’Ceo, renowned for its worldwide travels, weaves a captivating tale through breathtaking acrobatics, aerial dances, and majestic steeds. The response for this presentation was so positive in 2023, we added two additional performances each Friday prior to our Grande Faire weekends to accommodate the crowds. They will also hold nightly performances at 6pm each weekend.
This 3rd annual Faire is packed full of entertainment. The Dark Knights’ Full Contact Jousting to the enchanting presence of Poppy the Fairy and Thomas Wood, among others. Swords-men, minstrels, singers, fire dancers, jugglers, and jesters shall grace the grounds, enveloping attendees in a truly immersive experience that
transcends performance, becoming a living tapestry of existence. We proudly bear the title of “Official North Dakota Renaissance Faire”
“Attendees are advised to exercise caution when procuring tickets in advance, as there are other events bearing a similar name later this summer. Remember, ‘There can only be one,’” advises Zoppe. Our festivities shall span two consecutive weekends, June 15-16 & 22-23, at the North Dakota Horse Park – 5180 19th Ave N, Fargo.
