If the ice cream shops are open, can Spring be far behind?
Moorhead’s eastside ice cream icon, The Freez, is expected to open Friday, March 11. Meanwhile, the downtown Dairy Queen has been doing a booming business in Blizzards since March 1, its traditional opening day.
