Moorhead High students win visual arts awards

Two Moorhead High School visual arts students won awards at the MSUM High School Art Exhibit in January. Cam Herbel won the Best in Painting category for her painting titled “Where Do I Go From Here?” Emily Mulvaney was awarded the MSUM President’s Choice for her piece of pottery titled “Bee Imperfect.” Their art teachers are Grady Carlson and Mick Dunn. 

Four other Moorhead High visual arts students had art included in the exhibit. They are Lauren Wood, Elly Isaacson, Sam McDonnell and Evan Thoreson.
