Moorhead High School Celebrates Homecoming Week

Brooklyn Floberg, daughter of Chris and Hope Floberg, and Sam Schaefer, son of Terese and Steve Schaefer were named Moorhead High School’s Homecoming Queen and King at Coronation on September 30th. Brooklyn is involved in Symphony Orchestra and Volleyball. Sam is involved in Apollo Strings, MHS Carolers, Speech and Theater.
Other members of the homecoming court are Cade Allmendinger, Gracie Atchison,Reign Battle, Eleanor Culloton, Livia Deelstra, Luc duCharme, Ava Dunnigan, Jake Franklin, Rosie Hobbie, Carsten Hoff, Annie Horan, Jonah Horan, Olivia Kortan, Carson Kuntz, Kendall Lund, Julia MacAdams, Ally Moszer, Charlie Stenehjem, Owen Thielges and Aurek Zielinski.
Moorhead High School’s homecoming parade will begin at 4:30 p.m. Friday, October 4. The parade begins on 20th Street South at 24th Avenue South and will end at 14th Avenue South.
The Moorhead High School Hall of Honor luncheon to induct Rose Andersen, Curt Borgen, August Droege, David Ness and Karin Schumacher is at 10:30 a.m. on October 4 at Moorhead Area Public Schools Operations Center. Call the activities office at 218-284-2347 for tickets. (Photo/Renee Grover)
