Moorhead Church receives much needed roof

The weatherbeaten roof of historic St. John the Divine Episcopal Church is being replaced with cedar shingles. Funding for repair of the 120-year-old structure — designed by famed architect Cass Gilbert — was provided by the Minnesota Historical Society and local donors. The church at 120 Eighth St. S. Moorhead is a state historical site and is on the National Register of Historic Places. (Photo/Russ Hanson.)
