Olympics Road Show – Road to Sochi:

The U.S. Olympic Committee is bringing the magic of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games to thousands of people nationwide through the Road to Sochi Tour, presented by Liberty Mutual Insurance. The 13-stop interactive sports tour will travel across the country this fall and winter with an exciting stop in Fargo, North Dakota during the US Olympic Curling trials at Scheels Arena.

MSUM Photo Guild Annual Fall Photo Shoot:

Location: Minnesota State University Moorhead

Art-Mania:

Be creative, get messy and have fun while making several works of art! Learn new art techniques while experimenting with watercolors, paints, chalks and pastels. Other art projects will include wood art and fun craft items. This free event is for youth 6 to 12 years of age.

Christmas with the Teddy Bear Band:

Location: Fargo Civic Center

Cost: $12 for two people, $25 for five people, under age 5 free

The music and fun of Teddy Bear Band is created with the intent for children to gain and maintain a positive sense of self and an appreciation of their own abilities. “Adult friendly” opportunities are provided to encourage parents and teachers to join in the fun as role models to support this process. Participation and interaction are cornerstone concepts of the Teddy Bear Band’s musical shows.
