“Beyond the Rainbow”:

MSUM Straw Hat Players Present “The World Goes Round”:

Lost in Living Film:

Director Mary Trunk and all four women in the film will be attending. Colleen Sheehy, Director of The Plains Art Museum will moderate a Q & A after the screening. Lost In Living is a funny and poignant film about four mothers and their struggles and triumphs to raise children and make art.

Friday Night Races:

Every Friday, mid-April through mid-September, River Cities Speedway will be alive with the sights and sounds of Premier Racing! Outlaw Sprints, Late Models, Midwest Modifieds and Street Stocks will all vying for the checkered flag on one of the region’s best 1/3-mile dirt tracks.

Midwest Kid Fest:

Island Park will be filled with music, laughter and bright colors as children play and learn. The fest hosts 30 interactive educational booths, many carnival games, entertainment stages and strolling entertainment. Before the event begins participate in the 2013 Teddy Bear Parade at 10:30am.

Art & Wine Walk 2013:

Location: The two starting locations are the GuestHouse TownHouse hotel in Grand Forks and the Blue Moose Bar & Grill in East Grand Forks.

Join us for the seventh season of the annual summer Art & Wine Walk, co-sponsored by the Greater Grand Forks Convention & Visitors Bureau (GGFCVB) and the North Valley Arts Council (NoVAC). Stop by either of our starting locations between 1 and 4:30 p.m. to purchase your map which lists all the participating downtown businesses that are hosting a regional or local artist.

At 5 p.m. bring your map to the Wrap Up Party, held at the Empire Arts Center, and turn it in to be eligible for one of the many prize bags given away. There will also be champagne and appetizers provided by the GGFCVB.

Turkey BBQ:

Turtle Fest:

Join the Friends of Turtle River for a family fun day. Minnow racing, geocaching, a bouncy house, a fishing derby, arts and crafts, and much more! Lunch will be available for purchase.

There will be no vehicle admission fees charged.

George Morrison: Art, Life, and Legacy:

Wild West Jamboree:

Enjoy a Rootin’ Tootin’ good time with activities including music with “Silverado,” free carriage rides, gunny sack races, barrel car rides, a petting zoo, roping demos, face painting, kite flying and other western games. Pony rides will be offered for $2. Refreshments will be served for a minimal charge. Bring your lawn chair or blanket.

Fargo Theatre Kids’ Flicks – The Croods:
