Eight year-olds Doug and Kayleen meet in a school nurse’s office, beginning a lifelong intimacy which is revealed through the physical and emotional injuries they sustain over 30 years, a different kind of love story through sharp humor and even sharper insights into the human condition.

Now an aspiring young architect in Terre Haute, Indiana, Willum Cubbert has often told his friends about the debt he owes to Rick Steadman, a fellow ex-GI whom he has never met but who saved his life after he was seriously wounded in Vietnam. Willum is delighted when Rick shows up unexpectedly at his apartment on the night of his thirty-fourth birthday party. But his delight soon fades as it becomes apparent that Rick is a hopeless ‘nerd’, a bumbling oaf with no social sense, little intelligence, and less tact. Rick stays on and on, his continued presence among Willum and his friends leading to one uproarious incident after another.

Bone Thugs-n-Harmony is an American hip hop group from the Glenville section of Cleveland, Ohio. They are best known for their fast-paced rapping style and harmonizing vocals. In 1997, the group was awarded the Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance with their song “Tha Crossroads.” Since its conception in the early 1990s the group has been honored with numerous other awards and are recognized as one of the most successful hip-hop groups, selling 50 million records.

Forks Vintage Snowmobile Day:

The 3rd Annual East Grand Forks Vintage Snowmobile Day in Memory of Anna Kozel. Registration is from 9:00am – 12:00pm. Snowmobiles must be 1980 or older. Vintage snowmobiles will be on display until 3:00pm.

One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure:

Big Bird, Elmo and their friend from China, Hu Hu Zhu, take viewers on a journey of discovery! One World, One Sky is a 27-minute fulldome planetarium show that follows Sesame Street’s Big Bird and Elmo as they explore the night sky with Hu Hu Zhu, a Muppet from Zhima Jie. Together, they take an imaginary trip from Sesame Street to the moon, where they discover how different it is from Earth.
