Fargo Library Hosts Keychain Craft Events for Kids
In January and February, area youngsters, ages 12 and under, who have a library card are invited to stop by the library for special keychain craft events to make a keychain for their own library card. No registration is required for this open house-style event. All materials will be provided.
More keychain craft sessions are scheduled for the following dates and Fargo Public Library locations:
Thursday, Jan. 24 – Dr. James Carlson Library from 10 a.m. to noon
Thursday, Jan. 31 – Northport Library from 10 a.m. to noon
Thursday, Feb. 14 – Dr. James Carlson Library from 10 a.m. to noon
Thursday, Feb.21 – Main Library from 10 a.m. to noon
Thursday, Feb. 28 – Northport Library from 10 a.m. to noon
The keychain craft program is a part of the Fargo Public Library’s new My First Library Card program. Children from birth through age 7 who have never had a Fargo Public Library Card are welcome to apply for a distinctive My First Library Card.
