‘Christmas on the Prairie’ at Bonanzaville: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The community is invited to join us for the enchanting atmosphere of Bonanzaville’s “Christmas on the Prairie.” This delightful event features a special visit from Santa’s reindeer, provided by North Dakota’s only reindeer ranch. A heartwarming celebration that captures the spirit of a simpler, bygone era. Sponsored by the Horace Lions. Adults and students $6, children (12 and under) $3, or family pass for parents and children.
Holiday Open House with Santa: 1 to 4 p.m. Bring your wish list and a camera to take photos. Join the Friends of the Moorhead Public Library for refreshments, a mini book sale, and a visit with Santa, free.
XCEL Energy Holiday Lights Parade: 6:30 p.m. — The sparkling Holiday Lights Parade, with about 100 floats decorated with lights, marching units, equestrians and local celebrities, begins on Center Avenue in Moorhead, then winds its way across the bridge and down Broadway in Fargo.

Red River Singles Christmas Party: 3 to 7 p.m. Singles 20 years and older are welcome. Come and go as you please at Ascension church, 2820 12th Ave S, Moorhead. Attendees may bring food (potluck) or any game(s), crafts, or appropriate interests, but not required. A main food item is available until gone. A big screen is available.
