2024 Drifting the Plains: Grassroots drift weekends open to drivers of all skill levels, from newbies to veterans. There are up to three days of drifting available to drivers that purchase a weekend pass. The track layout changes between events and will be announced the week of the event. Drivers can run as singles, tandem with friends, or compete with others. We run our events in all weather, rain or shine. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 1. 3-2-1 It’s the SLE Grand Blast Off: Do you have what it takes to be an astronaut? Blast off into summer with space cadet training! Rocket through obstacle courses, launch rockets, prepare and devour a space diet, and learn how to maneuver through outer space. 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Moorhead Library.
