Circle of Parents Successful Parenting, 1:00 pm @ The Clay County Family Service Center at 715 11th St. N., Room 7. Circle of Parents is a place where anyone in a parenting role can openly discuss the successes and challenges of raising children. It’s a place where parents can find and share support. This group is provided free of charge. The group runs every 2nd and 4th Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 – 2:30 pm at the Moorhead Family Service Center.
Minority Servicemembers during WWII, 6:30 pm @ Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Les Bakke, retired from Minnesota State University as IT Director and who has been working on veteran issues since 1972, will use video clips from the Library of Congress Veterans Oral History project to present a variety of war stories from minority veterans.
