Baby Bounce: 10:30 am – 11:00 am. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Songs, stories, and action poems for infants through preschoolers and their caregivers. Program runs about a half hour including playtime and chatting with other caregivers. Free.
4th Annual EPIC Group Art Show: 6:00 – 9:00 pm. The Lights Event Center at 360 32nd Ave. W. Suite 100 in West Fargo. This show has displayed nearly 1,000 works from hundreds of regional artists and returns to West Fargo. This is a free event and all-ages are welcome to attend. Drinks and snacks will be available.
A History of UFO Sightings in Fargo-Moorhead: 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. In 1897 an airship was spotted over Barnesville, and in 1947, a flying saucer dogfight took place in the skies above Fargo. Markus Krueger of the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County will share the history behind these incidents and will explore the many possibilities in this presentation. Free.
Nooks and Crannies Flashlight Tour: 7:30 pm. Comstock House at 506 8th St. S. in Moorhead. About This Event This October, the Comstock House will once again be offering an “after-dark” tour option, the Nooks & Crannies Flashlight Tour. During this tour, all lights in the house will be turned off. Two guides will illuminate different artifacts and architectural features throughout the house allowing guests to appreciate them in a way that they never would during the daylight. For this tour, we will also be allowing access to the parts of the house that are otherwise inaccessible to the public. $10.

Trail Cleanup Day: 9:00 – 11:00 am. Riverfront Memorial Park at 210 8th St. N. in Moorhead. Join us for a trail/park cleanup day. You bring gloves and excitement to be outside, we’ll bring the garbage bags and hot coffee.
The Red River Market: Closing Day/Halloween: 10:00 am. Broadway Square in Downtown Fargo. Join us for a spooktacular celebration at the Red River Market’s final event of the season. Costumes are highly encouraged. Join us for a hauntingly good time filled with pumpkins aplenty and festive delights. Live music: Walking Phoenix at 10:00 am and FMBallet at 12:30 pm. Free.
5th Annual The Lab Physical Science Day: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. Rheault Farm at 2902 25th St. S. in Fargo. Experience Rheault Farm transformed into a science lab for a day of STEM-filled fun. Our primary focus will be delving into the captivating world of physical science. Ages 7-12 can learn all about chemistry, physics, astronomy, earth science, and more.
Halloween Treat Street: 1:00 – 3:00 pm. MIA/POW Plaza at 400 Sheyenne St. in West Fargo. Bring your little ghosts and goblins and have a spooktacular time trick-or-treating up and down Sheyenne St. Free.

Square Scare: Broadway Square in Downtown Fargo. 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Join us for a spook-tacular afternoon with a Halloween move event. We will be screening the classic family-friendly film “Hocus Pocus.” Come in costume or come as you are. Remember to bring your blankets and chairs for a cozy seating experience. Free.
Kicks Band of Fargo Moorhead Concert: 2:30 – 5:00 pm. Comstock Memorial Union at MSUM. Halloween costume and big band dance. Free dance lessons at 2:00 pm with Lindy of the North. $5 admission, everyone welcome. Prizes for the top costumes.

Monster Mash Trunk or Treat: 5:00 – 7:00 pm. Moorhead Center Mall Parking Ramp at 510 Center Ave. Enjoy an evening of safe trick-or-treating. All ghouls, witches, and zombies welcome. Additional activities and a photo area will be available for attendees. Free.
Storytime + Craft: 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Join us for Storytime and a craft. Each week, we explore different themes with stories, songs, rhymes, flannel boards, and more. Storytime typically lasts for an hour and is geared for children ages 3-6, although children of all ages are welcome to join the fun. Craft supplies are provided free of charge.

Weber for an author visit featuring “The Haunted House of Hillman {H2 OH}, based on the true story of teens daring each other to return to the home of an unsolved murder. Join us to hear about Frank’s background as a forensic psychologist and how he translates that into his writing and experience a lie detector test demonstration. Free.
