Moorhead Business Association’s Non-Profit Connect: 7:30 – 8:30 am. Village Inn at 940 Holiday Dr. in Moorhead. The MBA Non-Profit Connect was created by the Moorhead Business Association with the idea of supporting both non & for profits. How? By bringing the two sectors together to learn, share, and grow in an all-inclusive, non-competitive atmosphere.

Baby Bounce: 10:30 am – 11:00 am. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Songs, stories, and action poems for infants through preschoolers and their caregivers. Program runs about a half hour including playtime and chatting with other caregivers. Free.

STEM Fair with the Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum: 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. The team at the Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum believes everyone is a scientist. This program is open to people of all ages but is geared to youth ages 3-13. Free.

Moorhead Business Association’s 560 Connect: 4:30 – 6:30 pm. Boulder Tap House at 3333 Highway 10 Frontage Road in Moorhead. Free to attend; come & go as you please. Must be an MBA member or guest.

River Paddling Excursion: Discover the Red River: 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Hjemkomst Landing at 202 1st Ave. N. in Moorhead. Discover the Red River with River Keepers on a tour that is equal parts fun and educational. This is a chance to enjoy the beauty of the Red and learn interesting facts about the history, ecology, and how people have changed the river.

 All skill levels are welcome. The excursion begins at 6:00 p.m. with basics of canoeing, kayaking and safety. Please arrive by 5:30 p.m. to sign in and get your equipment (life jackets, paddles, and vessels) ready to hit the water. Pre-registration is required. $10 per person if you are providing your own vessel, $15 per person if needing canoe or kayak rental (rentals available on a first come, first serve basis), ages 5 and under free.
