Chocolate Eclair Dessert
1 Cup Water
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Flour
4 Eggs
1 Large Package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 8 Ounce Package of Cream Cheese (softened)
8 Ounces of Cool Whip
Fudge Topping
Melt butter in water, bring to boil and add flour; remove from heat and stir until batter forms a ball. Beat in eggs one a time, beating well after each one. Spread in a greased 10 x 15 pan and bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Prepare pudding mix and add cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust. Before serving spread on Cool Whip and drizzle with hot fudge topping. (Mrs. Richardson’s)
