Frostival Winter Trails Day at M.B. Johnson Park: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. M.B. Johnson Park at 3601 Oakport St. N. in Moorhead. Volunteers of the North Country Trail Association’s Dakota Prairie Chapter will be on hand to help participants try out cross-country (XC) skiing, snowshoeing, and/or ski shoeing on the trails within M.B. Johnson Park. Free.
Susan Selnes Benefit: 11:00 am – 1:30 pm. Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd at 4000 28th St. S. in Moorhead. Free Will Donation Meal and Bake Sale will be held to benefit Susan Axtman Selnes. Suze developed sepsis and a TBI following routine surgery which involved lengthy hospitalizations and ongoing medical care.

Reese Scufsa Benefit: 3:00 – 7:00 pm. El Zagal Shrine at 1429 3rd St. N. in Fargo. Pulled pork donation meal and silent auction will be held on February 25th for Reese Scufsa. Reese received a heart transplant on December 1. Money raised will be used to off-set medical expenses and travel/lodging for care.
“Bill Joel: Live at Yankee Stadium” Presentation: 9:00 pm on Prairie Public Television. Join the Piano Man for his legendary 1990 concert recorded live at the historic stadium in the Bronx. Youth Ice Fishing Derby: 2:00 – 3:00 pm. Woodhaven South Park & Fishing Pond at 4802 Woodhaven Dr. S. in Fargo. Bring your ice fishing rod and try your luck at the annual Youth Ice Fishing Derby! South Woodhaven Pond is stocked with perch, bluegill, and northern pike. Participants must provide their own fishing rod and tackle and be accompanied by adult supervision. This is a free event open to the public.
