DepositAccounts.com has named Central Minnesota CreditUnion one of the Top Healthiest Credit Unions in the U.S. The credit union, which has a branch in Moorhead, was ranked in the top 2% of all federally insured credit unions in the country.
Capitalization, deposit growth and loan-to-reserve ratio are combined to determine a comprehensive health rating. Central Minnesota Credit Union received an “A” rating. “Receiving this award shows that we are centered on our members and the communities we serve,” said CEO Rick Odenthal .
“We like to get to know our members,” said Moorhead branch manager Michael Edenborg. “We like to treat them like family and friends and I think that’s what makes us different.”
