Chili Dog Casserole

One of the reasons that I like to go to baseball games is so I can have a hot dog loaded with everything. We seldom have wieners at a meal unless we grill them for a picnic, and they are best when grilled. I have not yet tried this recipe, but maybe I will when some of the grandkids are here to visit. The problem is, when they come here to eat they expect mashed potatoes and gravy! I will even send leftover potatoes and gravy home with them to warm in the microwave. This recipe has to be very high in sodium and fat; so there is nothing healthy about it.

Chili Dog Casserole

2 Cans of chili with beans

1 Package ball park frankfurters

10 8” Tortillas

1 8 Ounce package shredded cheddar cheese

Pour 1 can of chili in the bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Roll each frank in a tortilla and place seam side down on the chili. Spread the second can of chili over the tortilla wrapped franks and top with the shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
