Monster cookies are my absolute favorite… but with our busy schedules, I rarely want to spend the time making cookies. This recipe is the best of both worlds, monster cookies, but throw them into a jelly roll pan and cut them up. No rolling into balls and baking one sheet at a time.

Monster Cookie Bars
Ingredients –
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup M&M’s
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions –
Combine the butter, sugars, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and baking soda until well mixed. Add in the oatmeal, M&M’s and chocolate chips. (You may need to blend these by hand.) Spread in a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15- 20 minutes.
