Moorhead Business Association’s Non-Profit Connect: 7:30 – 8:30 pm. Village Inn at 940 Holiday Dr. in Moorhead.

Recovery Engaged Communities (REC) Office Hours: 10:00 – 11:30 am. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. A representative from Recovery Engaged Communities will be available to strengthen and empower individuals in the recovery community by creating hope, healing, and sustainable change through support, education, and advocacy. We approach stigma like a crossroads, with a lens to advocate for change. Free.

Baby Bounce: 10:30 am – 11:00 am. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Songs, stories, and action poems for infants through preschoolers and their caregivers. Program runs about a half hour including playtime and chatting with other caregivers. Free.

Saturday, November 18
Pancake Breakfast: 7:00 – 11:00 am. Moorhead Masonic Center at 1815 11th St. N. Cost is $10 for all you can eat buttermilk and Swedish pancakes, sausage, and eggs.

20th Annual Coin Show of North Dakota: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Ramada by Wyndham at 3333 13th Ave. S. in Fargo. Coins, currency, stamps, and tokens. Free.

Pangea: Cultivate Our Cultures 2023: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Hjemkomst Center at 202 1st Ave. N. in Moorhead. A group of local chefs, musicians, artists, and merchants share the unique traditions that their families brought to the Red River Valley. The museum and auditorium become an international bazaar where the flavors of chai and samosas complement the aromas of aebelskiver and lumpia and the sounds of mariachi and indigenous drumming. Food from 10 different cultures will be for sale until gone. Performers from different cultures are on stage every thirty minutes. Free.

Saturday Storytime with Veteran Jeremy Germain: 10:30 – 11:15 am. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Toddlers, preschoolers, and families are invited to Saturday Storytime with special guest, SSgt Jeremy Germain. Join us for Veteran’s Day themed stories, songs, rhymes, and activities. Storytime typically lasts for 45 minutes and is geared for children ages 3-6, although children of all ages are welcome to join the fun. Free.

Fargo Masonic Vendor & Craft Show: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. Fargo Masonic Center at 1405 3rd St. N. in Fargo. Come to the vendor & craft show and support small businesses. The show will be from 11-3 and lunch will be served from 11-1. Free.

Fargo Makers Market: 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Fargo Brewing Company at 610 N. University Dr. in Fargo. Local Artisans will be outside in the parking lot displaying their creations for show and sale. Free.

PRISM Concert: 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Memorial Auditorium at Concordia College. All Concordia College instrumental ensembles, large and small, participate in the annual fall PRISM Concert. $0.00 to $15.00- Free to faculty, staff, students w/ ID, children under 5.

Local Author Talk: Sylvan Loegering: 1:30 – 2:30 pm. Fargo Public Library Main at 102 3rd St. N.

MSUM Orchestra Concert: 4:00 pm. Roland Dille Center for the Arts Hansen Auditorium at MSUM. The concert features MSUM alum Brian Sterriker performing the Vivaldi Bassoon Concerto. $10.

Echo Band Concert: 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Buxton Hanson Rehearsal Hall, Hvidsten Hall of Music at Concordia College in Moorhead. The Echo Concert Band is led by Concordia Director of Bands Dr. Peter Haberman and a team of student conductors. Free.

Moorhead Art & Culture Commission Meeting: 4:30 pm. Hjemkomst Center at 202 1st Ave. N. in Moorhead.

LEGO Club: 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Join us for a weekly program to challenge kids’ creativity as they build amazing structures using LEGOs. This event is geared towards ages 5-10.

Vocal Jazz Concert: 7:30 – 9:30 pm. Christiansen Recital Hall at Concordia College in Moorhead. Free.

Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership Office Hours: 2:30 – 4:30 pm. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership (CAPLP) provides a wide array of programs and services that are designed to meet the unique needs of the children, families and seniors that live in the communities we serve.

Holiday Kickoff: 5:00 – 7:00 pm. The Rourke Art Gallery + Museum at 521 Main Ave. in Moorhead. Welcome the festive season as we light the City of Moorhead’s holiday tree with Mayor Shelly Carlson in the M. Dorian Clemedtson Memorial Sculpture Court. Enjoy music from Apollo Strings, the Moorhead High School Carolers and FMCT. Appreciate the wintery sky with constellation maps and telescopes from the FM Astronomy Club and MSUM Planetarium. Learn about the Moorhead Business Association’s Frostival Snow Sculpture Competition and enjoy free refreshments, fire pits, snow painting and postcard-writing to Santa courtesy of the UPS Store. Broadway Square Tree Lighting: 5:30 – 9:00 pm. Broadway Square in Downtown Fargo.
