CDBG Public Meeting for 2024 Action Plan Development: 12:00 pm. Hjemkomst Center Oak Room at 201 1st Ave. N. in Moorhead. The City of Moorhead will soon be preparing its 2024 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development. This plan is used to allocate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, which are provided by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to promote affordable housing and economic opportunities for low-to-moderate income persons.

At the Build-a-Ton-aThon, you’ll be part of a collaborative effort to construct installations which will later be moved to pre-identified areas around the city, breathing new life into underutilized spaces and creating vibrant community gathering points that embody the essence of Moorhead.
