Scandinavian Festival: Friday and Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Hjemkomst Center at 202 1st Ave. N. in Moorhead. Celebration includes music, dancers, games, art activities, food, shopping, kids play area, and more. $15 adult, $10 seniors, college students, and youth ages 13-18, kids under 12 free.

“NOVA: Ice Age Footprints” Presentation 8:00 pm. “NOVA: Ice Age Footprints” travels to New Mexico’s White Sands National Park to reveal new evidence of Ice Age humans that walked the land alongside enormous ground sloths and mammoths—thousands of years earlier than archaeologists thought people were in the Americas.
