POLICE SEEKING PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE WITH WEEKEND SHOTS FIRED

MOORHEAD – Early Saturday morning, officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of 11 Street North for a report of multiple shots fired. Witnesses standing on the east side of the street stated a vehicle exited a lot on the west side of the roadway and began firing several shots in the air as they traveled northbound on 11 Street North. Officers did not locate any victims that were injured and did not locate any bullet holes. Over twenty 9-millimeter bullet casings were found on the roadway.

The Moorhead Police Department has identified the suspect vehicle as a gray Nissan Altima with North Dakota plates. The suspect vehicle was believed to have continued northbound into the Oakport Township area and become stuck on 52 Ave N. Three people walked away from the vehicle and were picked up by a white car. Assistance is requested from anyone traveling in that area between the hours of 1:50 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on March 11 who may have witnessed anyone walking or being picked up to contact the Moorhead Police Department. THE 3 BEES MOVES TO NEW LOCATION IN THE MALL

MOORHEAD – They say that 3’s the charm and that’s exactly what it is for The 3 Bees, a European Clothing Boutique for Women! First, owner Barb Schramm, had the boutique in her basement. And that’s how the name, The 3 Bees, originated as Barb’s Basement Boutique in 2014. After being part of a vendor show in the Moorhead Center Mall in the Spring of 2021, Barb decided to rent a space in the mall as a “pop-up” store, just to see how The 3 Bees would succeed in the “brick and mortar” retail business. It has been more than successful and when the opportunity arose to rent the space that formerly occupied “The Classic,” the Queen Bee jumped at the chance to move into the store’s third location. Visit The 3 Bees with their new and unique clothing from Europe in all sizes Wednesday through Saturday from 11 to 5.
