The Moorhead High girls Nordic Ski team will be competing in the state meet after winning the Section 8 Championship. Abbie Ishaug won the Spuds first individual championship at the meet in Detroit Lakes on February 4. Jack Lee finished sixth in the boys Nordic ski sectionals and will be representing the Spud boys. The state Nordic Ski meet for boys and girls will be held at Giants Ridge, Biwabik on February 14. The Nordic Ski teams are coached by Tom Dooher.
