Fraser LTD’s Cookies with the Claus Family, 1:00 pm @ The Fargodome. Come and view over 160 decorated trees on display. Santa and the Claus family will arrive by horse-drawn sleigh for a fun filled afternoon. Bring your kids to this fun free family event where there will be entertainment and your family can enjoy pictures with Santa, sleigh rides, inflatable games, and art projects.

“Matilda the Musical,” Friday and Saturday at 7:00 pm and Sunday at 2:00 pm @ Moorhead High School. Based on the beloved novel by best-selling author Roald Dahl (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach), “Matilda The Musical” is the story of an extraordinary girl who, armed with a vivid imagination and a sharp mind, dares to take a stand and change her own destiny. $7-$11.

Saturday, Nov 30:
Santa Village, Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 pm @ Rheault Farm at 2902 25th St. S. in Fargo. Santa Village, located on a 15-acre enclosed farm site, is a non-commercial village where children and adults can make holiday memories with Santa and Mrs. Claus. At Santa Village you can: visit Santa, see live reindeer, decorate a cookie, visit with Mrs. Claus, write a letter to Santa, and much more. Admission to Santa village is free, however, guests are encouraged to bring donations of canned goods, cash, and new or gently used toys.

Open Skate, 2:00 pm @ Moorhead Sports Center. Admission is $2 for kids (age 17 and under), $3 for adults, and $5 for family skate. There is limited skate rental available for $1.

Economic Development Authority Meeting, 11:45 am @ City Hall in the Moorhead Center Mall.

The Arc Minnesota West Central Christmas Potluck, 6:00 pm @ Christ the King Lutheran Church at 1900 14th St. S. in Moorhead. The Arc Minnesota West Central Region invites you and your family to our Christmas Potluck. Please bring a dish to share. Paper goods and beverages provided. $1 gives you a chance to win a gift card or gift basket. Prizes will be distributed to many of the people attending, but each $1 ticket will give you a chance at a bigger prize. Expect a visit from Santa about 7:25. Free.

A Christmas Carol Ring and Sing-Along, 7:00 pm @ First Presbyterian Church at 650 2nd Ave. N. in Fargo. An annual event, A Christmas Carol Ring and Sing-Along, sponsored by the FM Area Music Club and The Red River Alley Chapter of the American Guild of Organists will present a concert of Christmas music featuring BELLissimo Handbell Choir, Noteables Women’s Chorus and Organists from RRV-AGO and instrumentalists. Donations will go to the Food Pantry & Music Scholarships. Free.

Chess Club, 6:30 pm @ Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Join chess players of every level for a chess skill share. Chess boards and books will be provided. Free.

Christmas Concert, 7:00 pm @ Touchmark at Harwood Groves at 1200 Harwood Dr. S. in Fargo. The Prime-Time Choir will be presenting a Christmas concert to include traditional Christmas music. They will also be joined by a children’s choir. Free.
