Boo at the Zoo, 10:00 am @ Red River Zoo in Fargo. Join us on October 19th or October 26th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for our annual Halloween spooktacular. Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota, 3:00 pm @ Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota will be hosting office hours at the library on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 3-4 pm to provide free legal advice on civil (non-criminal) issues to low income families and individuals. Eligible clients must be at or below 125% of the poverty line and are required to fill out an application to begin.
